David
Co-founder of LEAP · Leonardo 3.4.5® Consultant · International Cooperation Project Manager
Co-founder of LEAP, David supports professionals and project leaders facing moments of transition, re-evaluation, or strategic repositioning.
With a degree in political science and Leonardo 3.4.5® accredited since 2020, he has been working for several years in the field of development cooperation, where he manages complex technical assistance projects, often multicultural and multi-stakeholder. In this capacity, he has developed in-depth expertise in human resource management, team coordination and managing sensitive and conflictual situations, in contexts where clarity of roles and decisions is essential.
In parallel with his operational duties, David works as a Leonardo 3.4.5® consultant for organizations and professionals, helping them to structure their human resources, better leverage complementarities, and align profiles with real-world challenges.
With LEAP by RGDC, he applies the Leonardo 3.4.5® method to career transition and entrepreneurship, with a resolutely pragmatic approach: clarifying real strengths, prioritizing, securing a realistic path and achieving concrete progress.
Within LEAP, David embodies a stance of structured listening, clarification and mobilization, to transform often scattered reflection into assertive decisions and visible actions.
Christian
Co-founder of LEAP · Entrepreneur, Executive, and Leonardo 3.4.5® Master-Trainer
Co-founder of LEAP, Christian brings over 30 years of experience in managing consulting firms and multidisciplinary teams, both in Europe and internationally. His contribution to LEAP aims to secure choices, reveal complementarities, and transform often diffuse reflection into clear, assertive, and actionable decisions.
Throughout his career, he has supported organizations, executives, and entrepreneurs during pivotal moments: strategic repositioning, growth, reorganization, business creation, or complex decisions with high personal stakes. This field experience (in Belgium, France, Romania, Turkey and on the African continent) has allowed him to experience and understand the full spectrum of entrepreneurial realities, far beyond theoretical models.
At LEAP, Christian embodies a strong conviction: structuring decisions cannot be sustainable without a deep understanding of human drivers. It is in this logic that he is a certified trainer and disseminator of the Leonardo 3.4.5® method in the Benelux, which he uses as a tool for insight, clarification, and decision support.
Holding a Master’s degree in mathematical sciences, Christian combines analytical rigor, systemic understanding of situations and a deeply human approach.
He supports LEAP clients in French and English, with a demanding, structuring, and results-oriented approach.
