With a degree in <\/span>political science<\/b> and <\/span>Leonardo 3.4.5\u00ae accredited since 2020<\/b>, he has been working for several years in the field of <\/span>development cooperation<\/b>, where he manages <\/span>complex technical assistance projects<\/b>, often multicultural and multi-stakeholder. In this capacity, he has developed in-depth expertise in <\/span>human resource management<\/b>, <\/span>team coordination<\/b> and <\/span>managing sensitive and conflictual situations<\/b>, in contexts where clarity of roles and decisions is essential.<\/span><\/p>

In parallel with his operational duties, David works as a <\/span>Leonardo 3.4.5\u00ae consultant<\/b> for organizations and professionals, helping them to <\/span>structure their human resources<\/b>, better leverage complementarities, and align profiles with real-world challenges.<\/span><\/p>

With <\/span>LEAP by RGDC<\/b>, he applies the Leonardo 3.4.5\u00ae method to <\/span>career transition and entrepreneurship<\/b>, with a resolutely pragmatic approach: <\/span>clarifying real strengths<\/b>, <\/span>prioritizing<\/b>, <\/span>securing a realistic path<\/b> and <\/span>achieving concrete progress<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

Co-founder of <\/span>LEAP<\/b>, Christian brings over <\/span>30 years of experience in managing consulting firms and multidisciplinary teams<\/b>, both in Europe and internationally. His contribution to LEAP aims to secure choices, reveal complementarities, and transform often diffuse reflection into <\/span>clear, assertive, and actionable decisions<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

Throughout his career, he has supported organizations, executives, and entrepreneurs during <\/span>pivotal moments<\/b>: strategic repositioning, growth, reorganization, business creation, or complex decisions with high personal stakes. This field experience (in <\/span>Belgium, France, Romania<\/b>, <\/span>Turkey <\/b>and on the <\/span>African continent<\/b>) has allowed him to experience and understand <\/span>the full spectrum of entrepreneurial realities<\/b>, far beyond theoretical models.<\/span><\/p>

At <\/span>LEAP<\/b>, Christian embodies a strong conviction: <\/span>structuring decisions cannot be sustainable without a deep understanding of human drivers<\/b>. It is in this logic that he is a <\/span>certified trainer and disseminator of the Leonardo 3.4.5\u00ae method in the Benelux<\/b>, which he uses as a <\/span>tool for insight, clarification, and decision support<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

Holding a <\/span>Master’s degree in mathematical sciences<\/b>, Christian combines <\/span>analytical rigor<\/b>, <\/span>systemic understanding of situations<\/b> and <\/span>a deeply human approach<\/b>. <\/span> <\/p>
